How will people react if Bont gets another All Australian jacket given his time out of the game?

He's been exceptional for the most part, though feel his inclusion will ruffle a few feathers and lead people to call out favouritism.

His numbers are off the charts. 2nd in goal assists and top 10 in score involvements I think. Polled a lot of coaches votes too. Actually having a bit of an underrated year imo.

You can't please the mob, and no point trying.
For me, it is simple: the AFL sets the standard as 16 games.
If your best 16 are better than someone else's best 16, then you are AA. If it is line ball, and someone else played 22, then picking them ahead of Bont is fair.
But if your are the No 1-2-3 player in the comp, for at least 16 games, you re in the team.

Gunston is in the mix, I think the rest is a good story to tell.
Naughton, having an elite year, is in the mix; however, don't forget his first 12 games.
Lots of names in the mix, it is really close.

Darcy, has played 16 games, soon to be 17.
AFL sets the number at 16.
He is the best forward in the comp, bar none.
Should be in the team.

I think Jez is a lock, Gunston FP, then it's out of Darcy and Thilthorpe for the other KPF/2nd ruck spot.

I don't think Xerei should be in the AA squad. Other rucks have performed better than he has. eg Meek and he missed too

Xerri should be in the team, let alone the squad. He plays for a shit team at 4.40pm most Sundays so can afford to get overlooked.

I like Gawn but everyone in AFEL media land faps hard over him. He hasn't been the best ruck in the comp this year.
