Brisbane V Pies will be interesting as Pies have won the last 3 or so games, but Brisbane looking pretty good at this stage.

I'm going to the Monday game. Never been to a big rivalry game before (other than us against GWS, which barely counts when there's no GWS fans in the crowd). My brother goes for the Cats so I'll be cheering them on with him.

      But only 22 of them.

Should be a good game. 2 sides who have started the season really well.

The round in general looks like its going to be a bit predictable . Brisbane vs Collingwood looks a beauty on paper , the pies have surprised me a bit , i was of the opinion that their list was ageing , and key memebers of that list were slowing down , but the likes of Sidebottom , Pendlebury , Elliott ,. and Howe , are playing really good football and will really test Brissy , gonna stick my neck out here and say Pies by 5 points .
Adelaide vs GWS should be a tight game , both side look to be very attacking this year , particularly Adelaide ,with their forward set up and their run , GWS on the other hand are just as capable of scoring big with the likes of Hogan , Stringer and Toby Green lurking in their forward half , plus the run with guys like Kelly , Jones , Whitfield and Ash , should be a quick and exciting game , im tipping Adelaide with the home ground advantage to get over the top of GWS by a narrow margin of 10 points .
Sydney vs Port looks a cracker , with Butters back i think Port have a nice win by 15 points .
Geelong vs Hawthorn looks the pick of the round , hate to say it but Smith is building his season into 1 of his best , should be a fast and hard game with Geelong comming out winners by 18 points . of course playing at Geelong isnt easy for any side , i think they are a 5 goal better side playing at home .
The other games look formalities with Freo , Gold Coast , Essendon and Carlton looking likely winners .

              Collingwood are surprising me.

I wasn't impressed when they beat us, but they keep winning, and this has been an impressive first half.

Naicos is quite unreal. He's much quicker than I thought.

It's pretty disgusting to me that Noah Balta is playing. I know that AFL precedent has previously been set, that they don't really care about charges awaiting sentencing, but the optics are terrible for such a brand focused machine.

Adem Yze's comment that he "has been punished enough"...yikes.

Wonder if 5 day turnaround and high temp vs us has made lions look a bit average. Nice to see them lose at home though with their insufferable fans sooking. And Boo hoo for Dunks (NOT).

                    Go Pies!!

Good point. And we haven’t had one cool game day yet, with Sunday possibly humid.

                          Couldn't agree with this more.

It's not like they can hide behind some nebulous "well it's only alleged" it's in stark video format for all to see. What a farce.
