Good hustle Geelong and this will be the benchmark for all other clubs

Esava Ratugolea is officially a Port Adelaide player.

The former Geelong defender finally gets his trade wish after the Power sent pick 25, 76 and 94 to the Cats.

25 for Esava seems high. I wonder what Port see in him that I’m missing. To me a very non-intuitive, fumbly player who is a decent size ie rugby player dimensions.

They're pushing all their chips into the middle of the table for next season and think they just need some bigger and athletic defenders to achieve that next step.

He's worth a punt. I wonder how much the Saints are contributing with his salary?

Wonder if Port are expecting picks from a BZT-Duursma trade?

You know if they genuinely hustled them out of something more you'd say well done but that deal is effectively day old doughnuts.

How long since there's been a simple player for player with no draft picks thrown in trade?
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

There were a heap of picks involved! 6 I think.

I’m really surprised hawks did this. He looked ok and a point of difference for the hawks inside 50.

I guess not as surprising than offering Chol a four year deal.

Oh OK. The only info I saw mention it was G's post. So it's his fault.

It would have been practically impossible to check for myself
