The standard of that quarter was pathetic, and judging by the score it seems the first half was the same.

Looks like a good crowd is in who are doing a good job not to fall asleep.

Sorry, but Issy Grant is not AFLW level. We've had a good look over a number of seasons but panics and makes bad mistakes.

Our pressure is there and while I acknowledge we are a very young list I am a bit worried about our shape both in front and behind the ball.

We are a bit of a rabble once we are out of a stoppage.

She's a battler but we have no other tallish defensive options with Ahrens and Laloifi injured and Brown continuing to be unavailable.

Of course having two AA key defenders walk out on the club in the last couple of years hasn't helped either.

I think she has reasonable skills but she can't hold down a key post and is more support role. I think I would like her further up the ground maybe on a wing or forward as suggested.

Both teams playing their fourth game in 15 days. The scheduling of this season has been more pathetic than anything players have dished up.

The AFL have never really been behind a Women's league. From day one they have stuffed the women around from summer footy to end of AFL season, to not playing each other twice to different rules, different size footy, to conferences, to the current scheduling.

AFL are not serious.
