No I think he's done well to keep them playing for flags. Yeah they've brought in a few important pieces but they haven't picked at the pointy end of the draft for a while and have turned over nearly all their star players from the dynasty era. None of their mids are out and out stars anymore. Danger is past it.

I don't see our coach getting that list anywhere near finals.

For the love of my sanity....

It is being reported that Geelong will now get 10 home games at Sedat Park with the other home game at the MCG (likely against Hawks).

Since 2018 they had only been getting nine games.

If the Vic/SA states would just change the border, they could get another one for Gather Round. Selfish governments.

They raised this prior to the finals when they said why they wouldn't be taking advantage of their home ground like GWS would be.
Their position was that they'd prefer to get the extra home game during the season and play their home finals at the MCG.

And for good measure, they?ll get an away game in Gather Round against a neutral team (probably us again). ****s.

I hate the cats and Sedat Stadium as much as the next person (unless the next person is Sedat), but why are we annoyed they want to play home games at their home ground?

As long as some of the home games are against the 'big' Melbourne clubs I don't care.

I think it's just a logical thing to do.

Argue the merits of Sedat Park and its incredible leg up all you want, regardless it's their home ground they should be playing there.

I wonder what advice he can offer the sponsorship manager? “Just keep doing what you’re doing. I think you’re doing a great job.”

Getting to Sopranos level (mob) corruption - getting ‘no show’ union jobs paid to them for assistance in getting contracts signed or strikes called off. Multiple entity money laundering I believe it’s called.
