AFL website has him 3rd most ineffective player on the entire ground for the stat sheets. I'm thinking if he can't break this funk, lack of confidence of whatever you call it - I think he won't be able come back ever. If this eventuates, what a bloody waste of talent.

2 touches in 3 quarters. Just doesn't have the work rate or nous to find the pill.

Carlton have another 2 years of this to look forward to.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Swans put 188cm Rampe on Jones after Grundy was lost in the warm up.

          Rampe killed him.

          Tutt is rubbish too.

In his last 9 AFL games, Liam Jones has been dropped 3 times by 3 seperate AFL coaches...

                Rare company.

Dropping Liam Jones is the formality you have to go through before you can truly call yourself the coach of the Carlton Football Club.

                    In 2015.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Well, really... The Joke is on us, as he's got about $900,000 in wages to collect by an AFL club over 2.5 years still. His manager must be the hottest player agent in the world about now.

Yep. Us. We're laughing all the way.

Who's us? Are we the Zaine Cordy people? It's not the Liam Jones one is it?

Seems to be a common practice putting a smaller running type on him .

Cardboardton is not the ideal place for a struggling young bloke to build confidence.

Maybe he got over confident winning a VFL flag, Carlton thought he was the next best thing.

Jones Goal-less again in the VFL in a two point loss. Not getting promoted as a key forward with this form. Maybe the VFL reserves might be the place to be have the million dollar recruit impact the scoreboard. I'm afraid he might look back at dogs fans and think we were OK when the machine of hate ramps up on him, if they haven't already. I just don't get why he doesn't do all the things he says he is going to do... (Ie running, contesting, working hard both ways, tackling, defending, leading patterns etc).
