Do you think we should go for 4 midfielders in the centre square rather than the more traditional set-up?
We tried guys like Dunkley and Jong as support ruck man with very limited results. We could always use Bont.

I'm not sure the comparison is correct. Grigg might have played in two of the flags but in 2017 he had just 6 hit outs and in 2018 he had just 25. I suspect some of those hit outs were boundary line throw in's or 3rd man ruck contests as well.
I don't think we are looking at this the right way.

3rd man up was done after 2016, Richmond won all of their flags after the idiotic ruck nomination rule was bought in.

I think he has the capacity to be one of those 'covers heaps of ground' type ruckman. He just seems like he'd fit so well into our system.

The self titled album is the Fooies only decent album(and its *!*!*!*!ing amazing), the rest is pretty middle of the road.

Had tempo issues.

Not only that he was very underwhelming. Some of the most vanilla drumming I've heard actually. Gets by completely on how hard he hit them and his intent. Intent can get you a long way in the music industry. Actually if you can make it look like you know what you're doing in life generally you can go a long way.

Good Seattle drums can be found on Pearl Jam Vs album and anything done by Soundgarden. As a drummer, just my opinion.

We digress let's continue to discuss our abhorrent ruck situation.
