I'd just like to take this moment to point out, that Paul Roos is continuing to do a magical job with this young and inexperienced Melbourne team.

    He's wonderful.

Rapt with how our C team is doing.

Dunkley the most impressive, IMO. Just a bull.

Collins loves to stick monster tackles. Loved seeing him bury Jones:
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

And the dropped marks were because of emotional scarring from past coaches and cultures. To be fair.

Also factor in a smaller bench and less rotations too. Look forward to seeing in the second half who can maintain their good involvement in the game.
I'm similar to you, though sharper attention is being paid to the likes of Hrovat, Roughead and one or two others who I believe should be leading the way today.

Plenty of positives particularly Dunkley,Collins and Lynch. All showing they are going to be fantastic additions. I don't want to be negative but there were periods that showed why Hrovat and Honey were out of the side last year. Just not clean and creative enough to play that flank role for mine.

Really liked Redpath's game he is still ahead of Boyd at this stage.

Josh Dunkley is my new favourite player. I love players who don't complicate things.

              Put head over ball,
              Win contest,
              Distribute to teammate.

They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Yes his tackling at times has been great. Still work to do but very good early signs.

You just feel from the game today back related to the Roughy thread that he'll still be handy despite the criticism.

We were pathetically disorganised in that throw in contest and it's given them an easy goal.

Love Magic's ability to draw a free.

                            Opposition fans will hate him.

                                Great grab from Boyd!

Crappy finish though. Tony Shaw also doesn't want to give Boyd any positive comment, he's a twit.
