      1. Hamling is in fact good enough to make me think we don't need to bring in a key defender

      2. Caleb Daniel is the best kick in our team, and maybe the universe

      3. I can do an amazing cover version of Frankie Valli's "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You" if prompted

        1. We can play extremely good footy without enormous games from Stringer and The Bont. I should add, both did some good things.
        2. Listening to Dennis Cometti is a lot easier and more enjoyable than Bruuuuce.

1 - We need to re-sign Hamling right now
2 - We need to re-sign Matty Boyd right now
3 - We need to give Daniel a 5 year extension right now

Rohan Smith is the backs coach.. Joel Corey is our stoppage coach.

                  I learned that.....

                  1. When we have our best players back we are a serious contender. We aren't just making up the numbers.
                  2. Our back 6 just dismantled one of the league best forward lines on their home deck.
                  3. We can beat top 8 teams with relatively quiet games from 2 of our mostly skilled players in Bontempelli and Stringer.
They've done studies you know, 60% of the time, it works every time!

wrong thread, sorry lack of sleep, still drunk, hungry, tired and it's raining in Melbourne!
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

Didn't he drive across the Nullabor to play with us at some stage? There's a story there he's told before that I can't remember.

I'm pretty sure he was on the senior list at some stage.

Pretty sure Dennis played a couple of ressie games for us in the 70's, thats the connection.

Played for a year in our twos while he was in Melbourne working in radio. I think he was on the list the last time we won the night premiership at the Lake Oval. 1970?
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
