Ditto. I can't imagine just how excited his Bulldogs-mad family will be of the manages to kick his first goal tonight.

I expect North to fancy themselves. On paper their mids and forwards look good enough to win, given our extensive outs.

Excited to see how we respond to the challenge. In truth, North cant be so poor forever and there's no excuse for them anymore. If they can't start to beat teams, particularly when they are far from full strength, they should be condemned to 4.40pm Sunday timeslots.

Good chance for some of our second tier players, and indeed the young crop, to stake their claim.

      Let's see how we go.

Very excited for today as I'm sure all of you are! Always good to see a couple young players get their chance especially in the midfield and I am curious to see how the forward line functions with the airways clear for Darcy and Naughton. Hard to pick a winner like most games.

Very confident. You all must’ve forgot 3 games ago (!!!) when we beat them by 96 points (!!!!!), and their biggest off season move was to add a guy we didn’t want.

And (like Jack with St Kilda) I am sure we all wish them well for their careers with their new clubs.

Woofers can add the prediction for our first goal scorer to their predictions as well as our top goal kicker.

I am nervous and excited for tonight. North are a big chance with our injuries to key players including our special one in Captain Bont but I'm just hoping we still have enough to just get it done. I'm not worried how much we win by just get the points.

Larkey however scares the shit out of me.
and players like darling (who most would see now as a hack who’s passed it), tend you have their best game of the year against us. Larkey and Darling could easily get the better of Lobb and O’Donnell.

NM (unlike us) has a knack of having those unbelievable goal scoring conversion games…we don’t want them being 10.1 at HT.

I will never see #16 the same!!

Interesting and funny that Fridge is as tall as Darling (191cm).

Also, do we know who their 2nd ruck is? They don't seem to have a backup ruckman playing, like Teakle, so I'm wondering if it's Larkey up forward or Comben down back? I don't watch enough North games to know.
