We also need to calm the farm on things with him, he's played fifteen games and is still learning.

While he's 23 and might be compared to previous generations about to enter his prime, I feel players are starting to get it later at the same rate players are maintaining their peaks into later years than they used to.

Rylee West played 11 games in his first three seasons, 14 in his fourth. Clearly played 7 in his first three, and now has eight for this year so far. Perseverance is important given how technical the game is these days, role players take extra time to show their worth.
