Adelaide – Daniel Curtin. Big and strong and only 20 years old, basically JOD on steroids. You can build a backline around this bloke. Exactly what we need.

Brisbane – Keidan Coleman. At his best pushing top 5 in this team but has been injured so perfect time to get him cheaper. Quick, smart and hits targets. Straight to half back with him.

Carlton – don’t even know where to start here. I guess Silvagni as he’d play in a critical position for us. What a mess this list is.

Collingwood – Beau McCreery. Tough, quick and dangerous forward of centre. I’d find a spot for him in our best 22.

Essendon – Nic Martin or Harrison Jones as high half forwards. Not over the moon about either of them.

Fremantle – Brennan Cox. Very solid meat and three vegies defender. Reliable and if I can’t get Curtin I’ll settle for Temu Curtin.

Geelong – maybe Jack Henry then. Probably not an option but they are a different team when he plays.

GC Suns – Joel Jeffrey. I like his speed and I think he defends ok.

GWS – I don’t suppose I can have Conor Idun but I’d like him.

Hawks – Connor MacDonald. Versatile and a great role player. A Bailey Williams type.

Melbourne – a few good untouchable kids, maybe Jake Bowey. I think he keeps his head pretty well, has ok disposal and can defend. A position of need for us.

North Melbourne – I like Charlie Comben. He makes mistakes but is an excellent contested mark, is big and could sit on any of the beast full forwards in the competition. A massive upgrade for us.

Port Adelaide – Darcy Byrne-Jones. Subject to random brain fades but so often stands up when they need him to. Hit targets and runs all day. Will frustrate at times but gives 100%.

Richmond - Jack Ross as meat and 3 veg high half forward or Tyler Young if I miss Curtin and Cox. Can't decide.

Saints – Tough. Maybe Liam Stocker in the back pocket. Team first player, tough with a defend first attitude.

Sydney – James Jordon. Another team player that plays defensively. Can sneak forward and hurt you.

    West Coast – Pass.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

I think that's a cool list but to me the following are ineligible (top 5'ish)
      Bailey
      Durham
      Clarke
      Miers
      Farrell
      Wilkie
      Ginbey
      McCartin

The following are ineligible (2-3 years draft/recruit):
      Long
      Jones

Are you being serious with this? The bloke is going to prison.

No idea sorry haven't kept up with it tbh, my bad.

Changed to Henry who is probably not an option anyway.

Carlton - Cottrell - gun team player who works up and back and takes his opportunities
Collingwood - McCreery - see above, has genuine pace plus good in the contest
Essendon - Kako - will quickly become a top 5 player for them though so not really fair game
Fremantle - Frederick - just to stop him playing against us
Geelong - De Koning - monster of a man who would be the lock down key defender we're missing
Gold Coast - Am I allowed Humphrey? Maybe not. Uwland - big body with good game sense and a big hoof
GWS - Idun - leading prototype of the tall/small defender
Hawthorn - Nash - defensive mid who seems to provide a lot of physical presence around the contest to create space for others
Melbourne - Chandler - plenty of smarts and skills, the kind of half forward you want to play through
North Melbourne - Comben - seems to have dropped off this year but has played some unreal footy against us
            Port Adelaide - pass
Richmond - Campbell - pace kills, absolute pace kills absolutely
St Kilda - Owens - beast in contest, takes bodies, creates space, keeps his feet
            Sydney - McCartin - SOLID
West Coast - Brockman - reckon he'd be just about breaking out right now in a better side, has some tricks
            I think a few disallowed:
            - Fletcher (just drafted)
            - Kako (just drafted)
            - Humphrey (top 5-ish)
            - Idun (top 5-ish)
            - Comden (top 5)
            - Owens (top 5)

No worries- there's a reason he hasn't played all year and it is unrelated to footy.

                For me ineligible:
                Curtin (just drafted)
Martin (knee recon so out for the year)
                Cox (top 5)

Curtin (just drafted) - we need a key defender so I'd take Butts.
Martin (knee recon so out for the year) - Jones also out with an ankle. The cookie jar is pretty empty at Essendon. Pass.
Cox (top 5) - probably Erasmus then. Great size and versatile
Idun (top 5) - Harry Himmelburg. We are desperate for an experienced key defender so if Curtin and Comben are off the table we need to consider a C grader with experience.
Comden (top 5) - Tom Powell is solid let's go him.

Beavis' hairstyle is almost as rigid as Goodwin's stale game plan and never changes no matter the conditions. Keays' hair has more bounce and dexterity and he has a proper fringe - he could have easily filled in for John Taylor as bassist for Duran Duran

                              Lets have a go :
Adelaide: Mitchell Hinge . Strong aggressive defender who kicks well .
Brisbane : James Tunstill . You should know a bit about this guy mjp , WA boy clean hands , strong runner and cleaver ball user. Just what we need.
Carlton : Jordan Boyd . Liked him when he was part of our system , feroious at the ball and has pin point delivery , we need guys that kick well .
Collingwood : Edward Allen . Another WA boy you should know , big tall bodied mid who can also play on the wing , could be our Daniel Curtin .
Essendon : Elijah Tsatas . Explosive pace and clean hands strong mid .
Fremantle : Brandon Walker . Quick defender , that would be ideal taking the quick small forwards from the oppostion .
Geelong : George Stevens . Strong quick mid .
Gold Coast : Charlie Ballard . Key defender and strong intercept mark , depending on how his knee comes up would be a great get .
GWS : Jacob Wehr . Good work rate and classy with both feet , again someone who kicks well .
Hawthorn . Jack Scrimshaw . Dashing running defender with a beautiful left foot , again targeting good kicks .
Melbourne : Zero choice , the guys id want would obviously be ineligible , lots of good young talent that you couldnt get at .
North Melbourne : Will Phillips . Inside mid with great disposal , handy run with player .
Port Adelaide : Ryan Burton . Hasnt been offered a contract , and might be worth a chance , strong mark and good kick defender .
Richmond : Kamdyn McIntosh. i know his 31 and not offered a contract , but this guy is a strong big bodied wingman who could be invaluable to guys like Davidson for a year or two .
St Kilda : Max Hall . tough quick and has endurance forward .
Swans : Logan McDonald . With the likely hood of Marra leaving McDonald would be a good replacement .
West Coast : Hamish Davis . 1ST year so not sure his elligable , but he would be a good get .
