Well we have pretty much bought him up like an adopted family I wouldn’t imagine him going anywhere unless we don’t want him.Bring back the biffComment

Happy enough with this although I think he is a better forward than backman but we'll see what another pre season with the backs can produce.Don't piss off old people

Good news. I don't think there's much between him and JOD so between them we can eek out a year of good footy.BT COME BACK!

Re: Player Contract Status
Hopefully some healthy competition between Buku, JOD and Buss next year. With Keath expected to depart losing Khamis would have left us too thin at the back unless there was a replacement lined up.Comment

Re: Player Contract Status
Buku has shown enough that he deserves the spot on the list. Can play a number of roles. While he may not yet be a first choice player, the growth in his game over the past 12 months bodes well. His intercept ability a highlight. He needs to work on his positioning and body work.Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?Comment

Re: Player Contract Status
I would’ve thought 12 months would be the go. But I’ve thought that many times each year when we are giving out contracts. Nonetheless I hope he improves next year and the year after.Rocket Science: the epitaph for the Beveridge era - whenever it ends - reading 'Here lies a team that could beat anyone on its day, but seldom did when it mattered most'. 15/7/2023Comment

I like this bit in the club article:
The Club has done a lot for myself and my family. The culture is amazing, we are a pretty tight group – it made my choice pretty easy.FFC: Established 1883
