In a further development; it is yet to be confirmed that Dale may or may not be using recyclable bags to pick up his dogs poop. I've also been reliably informed by people close to the situation that Dale he has occasionally chosen not to pick up the poop which contravenes the Bulldogs Social and Environmental commitment... Tom Browne.
