There is a bit of merit in that suggestion. Getting in front of Richmond might be a challenge.

Love the suggestion of Matthew Scarlett

David Mundy is the kind of former player Id look to - but I don't know what coaching aspirations he has or doesn't

Would a John Blakey be looking for a change of scenery?

Dale Tapping from Essendon? Not sure Jarrad McVeigh from Sydney would be looking for a move?

      Stevie Johnson? Shane O'Bree?
Williams was a good coach and he has always been an inspiring communicator with good player development thoughts and programs.
I think he could add some value to us and support Bevo.

      Blakey might be worth considering.

We are probably after two coaches given there is talk that Rohan Smith will make a change.

Pretty sure he develops the younger players, and advises Goodwin

Smith going as well? If that's the case then hopefully 3 changes. A completely new crew.

Bell and Inness should also be replaced.

Did I hear Innes 'might be' moving back to cricket? I wonder how much of their departments were impacted by cut back to the soft cap?

I'm not too fussed with that.

I noticed Matt Innes was sitting on the bench with Bevo in mopst games and acting like an assistant coach. Is this normal for the fitness bloke to be doing this?

He has been pretty good. Our boys have always run out games and are super fit.

I would imagine a lot of our guys double up on match days to help out where they can.

I also noticed this and found it very very strange.

It almost was a complete admission we lacked senior assistants.
