West spotting up Naughton like that..really like it. If we can get this type of performance regularly from West, this helps our structure and connectivity between mid and forward line this year.

As I type, gee Gallagher is another who looks to have AFL level traits. Interesting to see if he can make the step up this year.

At long last it's starting to feel like we're getting decent depth in the middle of the ground. Defence is still a lean area as is small forwards but if McNeil, West, Harmes, Gallagher can press every week it'll keep everyone on their toes.

Sanders' poise is like that of a seasoned pro. Kid is a sure 200 gamer at minimum.
