The best player starts and finishes with Weightman today.

Parcel out the rest of the votes as you see fit but if you are a small forward and you kick 6-goals, well...you CANNOT DO ANY MORE TO INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME.

Liber, Bont and Treloar were truly amazing - heart and soul, cracking in, winning the footy, tackling and chasing. But in terms of impact Weightman put up a once in a season type small forward performance.

I really agree with this. Goals are sick.

The coaches are W-R-O-N-G.

If a small forward kicks 6 in 2024 they are BOG. You can't do more than that. Bont was awesome...but no more awesome than Oliver in Round 1 against us. Weightman was more awesome than any other small forward has been in 3-weeks.

Weightman was awesome ... and MJP is right, what more could he have done. But our backline was under intense pressure with the players selected and the early injury to Coffield. The rebound of Jones, JJ, Buku was what we have been touting all summer. It was great to see it in action.
