I still worry about how much we gain from sacking Bevo and promoting one of our assistants (how different is the message really going to be?!?), but it's hard to argue that the players don't need something different.

Also not convinced a new coach will teach them to hit 20m kicks consistently.

The group lacks that 'something' that Beveridge gave the group in 2015. Espirit de Corps. There was just the odd contest where the first contest was lost, and the desperation to impact the second contest just wasn't there.
It's a group-wide malaise
