Only saw the last 5min as I?ve been grieving. The difference some pace in the centre square makes is immense. We were super slow in there last week and had the mix completely wrong, especially with Bont blanketed and we got spanked, but different with Ed in there.

Good performance, we could have gone into our shells a few times when the Dockers found momentum but we were able to get things back on track, was pretty impressive, also thought we may have struggled to kick a winning score with Darcy and Naughton not playing but we obviously did that and more, terrific.

Geez what now with Lobb, played a great game and easily his best game for us, must be a Dockers at Marvel thing? But with Darcy and Naughton back after the bye, surely not? Very good game from Bramble too, inspiring re-signing

Must have been awesome that close. It’s not like he was against average defenders- Pearce and Ryan - just toyed with them. There is no one better

He was running straight towards me when the ball hit the ground, and I thought to myself "he'll ****ing kick this". The Freo supporter in front of me just went "that's not a bad goal".

Side note: Freo supporters are the best opposition supporters to sit with and it's not even close.

How good was Ryley West today. The 4 goals was a great effort but everything else he did was excellent. So many small things he did well that won't show up on the stat sheet.

Bevo outcoached Longmire today. We nullified the influence of Pearce and Ryan. Serong was relatively quiet (still had 28 possessions). Our rucks were better around the ground and worked well in tandem. Their main danger was Young.

Did Cody kick the opening goal of the quarter for us in the 1st, 2nd and 4th quarters?
On the ABC commentary they were trying to come up with a better name than Flea for him.
