I?ve heard stories that would confirm you would be correct.

    Alleged and all of that.

The good news is that while he and the rest of that boys club are at the Crows they will be a middling club that will underachieve.

Re: Crows V Bulldogs - Round 22, Sun 11/8/24 Adelaide Oval 4:10PM AEST

I was annoyed with myself today for a feeling of unease that we could drop this match. Within the first three minutes there was confirmation that we had turned up unprepared for the fight.

I can’t abide Leigh Matthew’s but apparently a stat that he used to seize upon in poor performances was missed tackles. We all know ‘em. The half-hearted lunge, the flailing arms which barely hide a lack of intensity. There were so many today.

I’ve tried not to commentate on Vanders because I do appreciate he busts a gut. But his complete lack of actual footy nous costs us time and again.

What on earth happened to our forward line? Where was West? Why did we go back to bombs to packs? And that goal kicking is just a disease. It really is unacceptable.

The Dogs sure know how to break our hearts, just when we started to believe.

That was an absolute Raygun of a performance.

Is there anything more bevo dogs than dropping the last three games of the season against teams that are low on the ladder to scrape into the eight.

Ridiculously that means next week is a danger game!

Imagine losing to North and missing the finals.

At the same time we just came off a month whereby most people didn't give us a chance in a few of the games.

Adelaide almost beat Geelong at Sedat Park last week, they're a better team than their ladder position suggests. If we drop the Roos game I'll be livid, of course, but Adelaide in Adelaide on a Sunday night is always going to be tough.
                TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Worth listening to Bevo's presser. He again really gets to the bottom of why we lost today and articulates it in a way that makes sense.

Tight lipped but you sensed he wasn't impressed with English. As he shouldn't be.

                      Really disappointed with that today.

As soon as an opportunity presents to take advantage of a situation we bottle it everytime. Huge ramifications for the top 4 race which we have pretty much got ourselves out of and now needing to win both games against North and GWS to secure our spot in the finals.

The Crows were on from the start and I was hopeful after quarter time that we would get back into it but it never eventuated and the Crows had all the answers.

Frustrating considering that they are not in finals contention with not much to play for and we are with it all to play for yet you would think it's the other way around. I have seen this movie before as a Bulldogs supporter last year.

Our goal kicking as TBT described it is a disease and if not rectified is simply going to cost us big time.

On the positive note from the weekend I had great dinner with my brother last night at the Mona Castle Hotel in Seddon.
