West must be in some doubt for next week and perhaps Lobb and Khamis. I think Jones made contact with an umpire and I wonder if he cops a fine or not.

That's how I saw it as well but you have to wonder if it gets reviewed or not.

I wonder if in the back of Bont?s mind he has lost a few Brownlow?s by not polling in the last two rounds.

He had a couple of goals taken off of him where he was monstered and didn?t get a FK and a few more where he was one-out forward and was missed.

A couple of goals on top of 29 might have gone a long way to getting him the votes after Darcy.

Has mjp confirmed whether we can include Dacre’s haul in his season goal tally?
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Here he is watching Sam's 7th sail through yesterday.

They count for Charlie so they should count for Sam.

Geez - I would be pretty impressed if he kicked 7 more this week playing on Taylor in a must-win game...wouldn't that be something?
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

Against the Crows he would have kicked 6 with the chances he had.

There's just this thing, his biggest enemy. THE WIND!

Luckily I've heard it's never windy in Ballarat.

What did we think of McNeils game ? I watched the replay and he actually was everywhere and did a lot, even if the stats don’t show it.

Agree. I just finished watching replay & he was very good. Definitely earning his spot. So did VDM. McNeil runs all day & helps out all over the ground. I wonder if it helps him that oppo players don?t see him as damaging so he can (more often than our stars) be left alone. Even if that?s the case he has played well recently, with some great pressure efforts & tackles. A real team player. I?ve been too harsh on Khamis too for this game, as apart from one clear mistake early on (probably the ave for most players) he was reasonably good. Although North were woeful yesterday, so not too much for our backline to do. .
                      Josie :)

                      Our day will come

I was the same Josie, then I watched the replay, and he wasn't that bad. I thought he should have been dropped after the Crows game.
