Changed my Pack to Legends plus before Christmas, but today got my pack and membership still shows the old seat number.
Membership are away till January 13, so will have to wait to see what is happening.

So due to having an old card on file the club elected to straight up cancel my wife’s membership and reserved seat that had been rolling over for ~5 years. They elected to tell us this by a single voice message, without any prior warning or written correspondence giving us a chance to update the card. They also elected to tell us at the end of December and then go on break for 3 weeks.

I'm always intrigued why we get some many stories of these stuff-ups and they're nearly always around the time the team goes on holidays.

All Australian Business' are pathetic around December/January and need to pull their finger out - nothing gets done properly. Resources must be put in to keep the same service going

I can't imagine that many national businesses shut up shop for a couple of weeks. The club know's memberships are often Xmas presents as well. Surely keeping a couple of people on deck is the right thing.

Got this today I'm happy 19 years of heart break 1 good year.

We got ours today, well 3 of 4 of us anyway, they missed the daughters pack (hopefully in the mail although haven't received an email yet), Mrs mighty_west was a bit bemused with the lack of merch with our long distance memberships (being in Brissy), a landyard/card, badge and sticker, back years ago when we didn't have as many members there used to be lots more in the packs, anyway looking forward to our first game up here in a few years round 19 at the Gabba, been a while since being able to scan my membership

My mother inlaw who lives in Country Victoria also mentioned she never got a scarf this year - they must be cost saving.

They certainly do. I know I can't speak to people in business, leading into Christmas and the first few weeks of January. Different with small mum and pop shops.
