Re: New Members
Hi WOOFers, apologies first about the tardiness of my reply to your welcome message way back when in February, never enough hours in the day recently. First saw a reference & recommendation about WOOF in an article by one of the correspondents to Kennel Kapers , the newsletter of the East West club & so here I am !. My take on the season so far, two down & 13 to go if looking at 15 wins for the season, then look at who we beat to get those 15 wins. I would hate to see a repeat of those Finals series in '08, '09 & '10 - lose in the first week to a top 4 side, win in the 2nd week to a side that finished 5-8 & then lose again in the 3rd week to another top 4 side. If anyone's looked at our Home & Away results against the sides that finished top 4 over those 3 seasons I suspect our win/loss ratio would not be very impressive & if you can't beat them then it's unlikely that you are going to be competitive against them in finals to my mind. I was talking to a bloke about our start to the season earlier this week & he thought that if we could follow up on it then I could be a very happy man on the first Saturday in October this year , naturally enough I agreed but then thought that my main emotion might be more one of RELIEF - done it at last. I wonder how others might react/feel ? CheersComment

Wake me up when we get to heaven, let me sleep if we're going to hell
Good luck, for your sake I hope heaven and hell are really there, but I wouldn't hold my breath
And we all found heaven - 2016 Premiers!Comment

Re: New Members
Hello WOOF Readers,
I'm a died in the wool Dogs supporter and my whole mental/emotional state is predicated on how we perform on the weekend. Supporting the Dogs will eventually kill me but I love it. I'm new here. Have been on BigFooty for the past 10 years and enjoy the banter on there but looking forward to a more dedicated Bulldogs chatroom.
Cheers,
