Plenty of talent with AFL experience (Hunter, Hrovat, Campbell, Stevens) backed by the pups who seem in good touch (Webb, McLean, Dale etc).

Unfortunately, I can't attend but those that do should enjoy themselves.

Got pretty chippy in the 2nd quarter. Redpath got a free 50 metres off the ball and his opponent was still yelling at him. Pretty physical game. Love that the pressure mantra extends all the way through to the VFL listed players, although we did give up some soft goals. Hrovat's pressure was ace, Darley's ball use excellent, Stevens has been good. Some good signs from Hamilton too.

Footscray are really going to struggle if the club has any injuries to talls. It was noticeable last week and again today that we are quite short in defence, and other than Darcy Fort have no tall top-up players. With us playing such a tall AFL side, a vfl team with tall forwards could tear Footscray apart.
