Interesting. 3 quarters in the VFL and then a game of AFL - assume if he does play it would be as a sub.

He didn't take the field after half time.

I was at the game. Unfortunately didn't see the contact as I took my eyes off Will after he kicked the ball. I would be surprised if it was intentional (ie. That he knew it was the umpire)...as he was going well, game was one sided etc.

Most one sided game I've seen.

Should have been more with some easy misses in the first quarter.

Footscray is jam packed with young talent. McLean BOG for me, followed by Hrovat, Hamilton and Macrae.

Special mention to Roarke Smith. His leap and propensity to attack from the back pocket is really impressive. Took an absolute hanger.

Rourke kicked that big Barrell goal in the last quarter too, didnt he?

Andrew Hooper kicked a goal for NB in the last quarter.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Sorry, I missed this. Thought he kicked a goal, umpire informed him it was touched and from my view it looked like he put his hand on the umpire when he ran past but it happened so quick I hope I'm wrong. I was standing near someone and he thought the same.
Unlucky as he was playing good football.

Booked and red carded. I feel badly for him.

                          Wow what a thrashing.
Great effort. Hopefully the seniors can take leaf out of their book

Ch7 showed the Will incident. It was pretty low level impact but you can't touch an umpire. I suspect he'll be sitting out three weeks.

Awesome of Ch7 reporters to get to the Whitten Oval as a priority and chase Will into his car looking for a comment. They are such a sensationalist bunch of wankers at Ch7. Absolute trash seeking stuff.
                            TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

The footy ground is grassy but there are no knolls.
