I'd be guessing we will keep Wallis, Boyd, Redpath, Dickson and one of Jong & Daniel in the reserves - and promote Richards to add another inexperienced player to our back 6.

I could see us bringing Richards in and playing him as a deep forward and bringing in Dickson to play full back to add an experienced head to an inexperienced back 6.

        It makes sense.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Will be good to hear again how the AFL listed players go again in the final praccy match at WO. Might go to WO in 2 weeks for the first home VFL game v Coburg before we play the Swans at Etihad.

All 4 named emergencies involved in pre game warm up. Prudden also out on the ground. No Campbell or Schache(?)

Dogs 2.1 (Dicko scored the lot and looked good) Dons 0.2. Game played bw the arcs. All 4 emergencies looking good, also Young, Roarke and Roberts. Great intensity from Toyd. Asked Schache if he was ‘alright’ and he said he was ok.

I suppose time will tell by the end of the game but we need Dickson up and running in the seniors. I'm in the camp of one of our forwards staying forward.

So not much inside 50 activity on either end you mean bw the arcs.

I have always thought that's what it meant.

More open play that qtr. Dogs 7.4 (Dicko 4) Dons 4.5 Messy play across full back line gifted them 2 goals. Biggs probably BOG but Dicko the difference between the two teams. Another good qtr from Young - going for his marks again. Lipper in midfield and getting a few touches as is Porter. Greene quiet. Boyd a little less involved that qtr - rucking and KF (VFL ruckman playing). Suspect they will take someone off at HT for tomorrow (emergency) - hope it’s not Dicko as this game will do his confidence no end of good!

Wally not as influential this week - a more even contribution in the midfield with regular VFL players on the ground this week from the start of the game. Roberts and Roarke doing ok across the backline and NMM has taken a couple of good marks. No wind to speak of here, so a better game to watch this week.

Hi Easty, bw the arcs inferring ball bouncing back and forth between the two defences. There were only shallow inside 50s entries mostly in qtr 1
