Likely to end up with two 'proper' VFL sides playing against each other with so many of our AFL players unavailable.
There is no sadder sight than a young pessimist.

I wonder if Marra is a chance to play? I notice he isn't on the injury list? Was he last week?

He's not injured so he hasn't been on the injured list.
        I doubt he is playing.

I think like Treloar the club wants Marra to have a substantial block of training before they let him play at any level , which is a good idea , we want Marra back fit and strong .

Surely he has to be fit enough to play some managed minutes at VFL level. It's getting to the stage where he is told to piss or get off the pot, no more of this train when he feels like it. The club need to find out if he has any intention of returning to the fold.

He seems to have put in a number of weeks training in so he might be close but I can understand why the club is holding him back.

Scrappy game with no real stand outs.
Muratore looks interesting and it will be good see how he progresses.
You can see why Spicer couldn't stay on a list looks good for one or two things and then looks bad on 5 or 6.
I haven't noticed much for the new guys yet.

I’m at the VFL tonight. Got in towards the end of the 2nd quarter. Great 1st half

I've only kept half an eye on the game but Kennedy kicks the ball beautifully.

Haven't seen a heap from Hynes but he's a massive kid.

Muratore, nice recruiting by Naughton there, really like him (poise, skills, smarts, small forward - tick), Kennedy and L Smith have been the AFL listed best for mine.

He's trying to get into the game but just can't quite as yet.
