Perhaps a salary dump by the Swans to make room for Curnow as it seems unders for Florent. Compare that to what some expect for Buku.

We would be targeting pick 31. Fingers crossed

I'm assuming his salary is completely off our books now. No pay out from our end?

Yes, his contract will be terminated. GC have offered him a 1 year deal with triggers/incentives for a 2nd

Someone else’s problem child now. I hope he can set his life straight & I think him seriously committing to playing senior footy will help him.

Deep inside though I’ll be upset if he becomes a great player with another side.

Thanks Jamarra for that elimination final loss, disrespecting the club, not showing up to pocket 800k and all the excuses. Wishing you the worst!

The only silver lining in this complete shit show is he won’t be redeeming himself at Geelong.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

                              Yeah.

Pity we couldn’t trade for Butters this year. Would have been a marvellous outcome.

At least Marra’s 2nd year big $ not on our books. Given AFL’s forced involvement I feel we should have been compensated some of his contract value this year (as I’m guessing we wanted to cancel his contract part way through when he clearly wasn’t meeting requirements however AFL stepped in).

Perhaps there is some non written agreement we are not privy to (more games at MCG, opening game vs Pies for a few years, no games at Geelong next year…).

PS His outgoing statement on Insta is reasonably classy. Still, grrrrr.

There is more chance of Sedat becoming CEO of Geelong than Marra having written that statement.
