I've been been urine tested twice a month for the last 10 years and it would be easy enough to do it contact free and at a safe distance. The nurse could leave the cup, you pick it up, you both go into the cubicle and they watch while you pee. You put the cup into the bag and place it on the ground and walk away and the nurse steps forward and bags it without touching it.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

And I get it done on medicare!

Although that presumes the nurse is female. I'm a nurse and I'm not female although I don't supervise drug tests. My patients tend to be people with disability.

Players are educated. If they want to waste their money on recreational drugs I don't think the AFL has more responsibility to test them for it than say the Commonwealth Bank does for their employees. The exception being gameday if used as an enhancer.

They are used more as a blocker than an enhancer. They block or mask the presence of steroids or other enhancers and such. Cocaine for instance. No matter what they tell you If you did a line of coke just before the match you are more likely to have a heart attack on the field than anything else. It certainly wouldn't be of any assistance. The only iilegal drug I could think of that may help is amphetamine and only then because it might calm you down and help you focus if you are a little bit ADHD. But if you were then that would be self medicating and that's never a good idea-you should probably have a medical professional prescribing ADHD meds like Addiral or Ritilan.
