    My opinion is yes. However I?m a VDM fan and I think he is our best pressure fwd. our small fwds are doing fairly well in my opinion.
    Are we to tall in our fwd half.
    Stopping the opposition transition as a team at times is where we struggle.
    Plenty of improvement in our team. Signs are good though.

      He'd play a similar role in that he does apply pressure but he doesn't have the fitness base yet to run as hard and as often as VDM does so it'd be different by necessity.

        Very different players from my perspective but Clarke really is more of a genuine small forward.

          It?s been said by others but very different . No way that Clarke is doing the running that VDM does at this point.

            While I tend to agree with this, prior to his knee injury Clarke's running was noticeably improving and had a high placing in one of the last 2km time trials. He's certainly not got Laitham's burst speed but he seems to be getting close to being match fit.
