We're being much faster with ball in hand this quarter, tugging the ball left or right a bit but in the first quarter we could only get marks in the pockets in our forward 50.

Bianco with 2 goals and 19 disposals. One of Artie’s better pressure games but inaccurate with 0.4

Should have at least 3 more goals on the board, some terrible misses.
Friejah impressive, Sanders got a bit more involved, Lobb extremely quiet.
Keath and Busslinger are just playing with the Hawks forward line.
          Bianco is a goer.

Busslinger has looked good every time I’ve seen him this year. Gonna be tough pretending he sucks when he’s playing for West Coast next year.

Freijah is a stud. Great pick.

Is it just me or are the commentators barracking for Boxhill?!

We have had our opportunities and thrown them away . Hopefully the kicking end is the Barkly street end because we have given them huge confidence to win it.
Poulter has not been sighted today.
                  Daniel quiet along with Sanders.
                  Freijah , Gardner trying hard.
Croft just hasn’t got the body yet , picture Darcy in his first year.
Lobb we haven’t looked for in the forward line at all.
Scott slowly making his way back.
We need to win more centre clearance.
Smith was good early but not sighted now.

Dogs have been bombing it recklessly into an undersized forward line since about midway through the 2nd term. VFL listed players the main culprits. They have only kicked 1 goal during that period.

Hawks on top during the 3rd to reduce the deficit to 13 points. Dogs turnovers costly that term. Again mainly VFL listed players.

I think Scott has been very poor for a senior player. Playing bruise free football and losing his footing on one on one contests allowing the Hawks to clear.

Lobb mostly unsighted. Poulter uncharacteristically quiet.

Freijah and Buss doing very well. Sanders accumulating. Would like to see more intensity. Bianco probably best for Dogs. Spicer causes panic in the F50 for the defence.

Freijah and Busslinger are fulfilling the promise they showed in practice games earlier in the year. Both know where to position themselves as defenders and both kick well. I had thought Freijah would need a full year at Footscray but I think he's almost ready for AFL. Busslinger is definitely ready now.
When we get around to selecting them, it's going to inject flexibility into selection.

Great to hear we potentially have another couple debuts to look forward to.

Plenty of listed players who should have scathing reviews. Keath and Gardner just failed to kill a ball on the goal line when the ball got spilled in the mark.

Id still like Buss to do more without ball in hand, he doesn't really dominate in the air he looks more impressive with the footy than without it.
