Solid win. Can see why the Swans AFL side struggled when they finally copped some injury concerns. Not a lot coming through from today's VFL effort.

Because they are all playing AFL to cover the injuries, they have a pretty good VFL team.
They beat the bombers last night with VFL players playing shows how bad Essendon really are.
On our VFL team we must be the best side in the AFL the ten years we have been in.
2 flags and I believe only missed finals once.
Today’s game I thought Bedendo was extremely good today and showed why we have him on the list . Will it save his career ? I am not sure.
Sanders I still see as an accumulater but slow and not damaging. Would like to see him have shots at goal more often, he passes off too much sometimes.
Harmes pushed his weight around and did what he needs to do.
Busslinger keeps putting it together , does it every game now extremely consistent in his job.
Gardiner presents up forward but he will never get a game forward with our forward line.
Hamling I don’t even recognise his body transformation had been amazing, he is a good AFL back up and would probably play in a lower AFL team .
Keath was his usual reliable self in VFL.
All in all a win that was probably expected 6 goals .

I'd like us to give Bedendo another year. He would only be there for back up only though.

I still don't see what Clarke offers as a small forward. He is never at the feet of the talls at the right time or place. You can say the same with Arty Jones but I'd keep Arty for another year also.

I can't believe we haven't blooded Buss yet. He looks very accomplished at reserve level from what I've seen.

Good win by the boys. Now for Box Hill to beat werribee and we win the minor premiership

Clarkes been really good. However he has to really improve his set shots if his gonna make it. It looks like he struggles with set shot 35+ out. Small forwards have to nail set shots.

Feels like Jones has done more than 6 disposals. Reckon his impact is huge when he gets the footy. He just needs more in game consistency.

The thing about Jones when he's up the ground is that he's at least always in the contest, he may not be getting hands to it but he's in there trying to do some body work.
