What day is it? I might be able to make the not-so long trip out that way.

I have to give this one a miss, unfortunately. With finals just around the corner, this week's selection should be very interesting.

I will see how i go. Not too far from the freezing Mornington Peninsula.

But only if Bou and Jones are getting games.

They'll get a game, but you might want to get there early.

Wasn't too freezing down Mornington today.

Be interesting to see how many complain about how far they will have to travel to see the game, we put up with that every week driving to the Dome & back!

My only problem is that there is also a function at the WO on Sunday morning I'd like to go to.

Interesting to note that according to the official VFL website, Dane Rampe and Patrick Rose both scored invites to the upcoming state screenings.

GVG made the call very early that Rampe was someone to watch – it seems someone out there agrees.

He will struggle to make a senior list I would have thought but a rookie spot might be a good outcome for him. It's interesting that other sides have Rose in the mix.

I was talking to a North recruiter last week and he said he was heading down the the Willy game on the weekend to have a look at Rose and some others. Wonder if there are many clubs having a look at him.

Good to see Wood named on a wing - hope he gets some good game time through the middle.

Wight's getting closer to the magoos - hopefully Boumann gets a run in his place.

Hoping that someone gets out to Casey as I'd love to hear how guys like Cordy, Lynch and Jones perform.

Egan on the bench of the magoos. I think his fall from footballing grace is nearly complete.

BT, I like the look of that forward line in the reserves, with Cordy at centre half forward and Jones at full forward.

I’ve got a feeling you do, too.
