I think the move from North Footscray to Spotty has really helped him out, very athletic kid, midfield/utility with nice skills. Massive doggies supporter as well, his family had James Mulligan staying with them for a while. Hopefully he gets a run sooner rather then later

I went and had a good look at the Vic Country vs Vic Metro trail game today. 6x22 minute periods of football in fantastic coinditions.

Wallis and Libertore played in the first 3 terms and were fairly quiet. Libba lined up in defense and Wallis in the midfield. This game was dominated by Vic Country although they wasted countless opportunities. For those old enough to remember Alby, Billy Smedts also played and he performed well before injury and ankle I think. He is not a father son candidate.

In the second game, two other with Bulldog links also ran around in Talia and Semmens.

The standard wasn't too flash today and basically the games was played between each half back line.

Talia's grand father played for the Dogs and Semmen's father played a few games as well.

Sam Reid's younger brother Ben(not to be confused with the Magpie Ben who has a younger brother Sam at the Swans) is playing for the Bendigo Pioneers this year in the TAC as his family has moved from Queensland to Echuca to live(which takes away the go home factor for Sam). They come into work to eat but I haven't had the chance to harass them just yet.

I thought Echuca/Moama was Bushrangers territory? Has something changed?

No it's always been Pioneers(Braun was drafted from the Pioneers in 96 and he is an a Echuca boy), but if you go 25km east to Kyabram where I live it's Bushrangers.

What are the odd's? This is going to be ridiculous, especially if Ben gets drafted to Collingwood.
I should leave it alone but you're not right

That looks like bush footy where the U14's play 1st and the better players double up by making up the numbers in the U16's.

I am pretty sure those are the results of 2 seperate rounds.

The second game would have occured last week when the Vic Metro/ Country trial game was on meaning Libba, Wallis & Conway to name a few would have missed the school footy game.

                              Correct.

The Skevs boys also beat arch rivals Xavier on Saturday.

Bloody hell, I have watched a couple skevs game and saw Lachie Hunter, just never made the connection that it was that Lachie Hunter. He looks a pretty good player. Played a ripper of a game against Wesley when the Conway, Wallis and Liberatore where out

                                Libba and Mitch are superstars
