I'm giving the VFL games a miss today and I'm looking forward to the TAC finals. Should be a great game between Calder and Dandenong.

I'll try and keep everyone updated with how Liberatore and Wallis perform.

It certainly appears to be the stronger sides pitted against each other. The weather is great at the moment so it should be a great encounter.

Stingrays off to a good start.. Libba doing a bit beter than Wallis

Both Wallis and Liberatore got some touches in the last few minutes of the quarter. Stingrays lead 4 goals to 2

Tom Lynch took some nice marks that quarter

Stingrays lead at half time by 19 points. Should be more.
Wallis started off well but wasn't prominent. Libertore quiet but have to admire his ability to get his handball out when strongly tackled.
Watson doing some good things but dreadful decision making at times..
Talia looks to be a good prospect.

Cannons are on the march after conceding the first goal they have kicked the next 3

After stemming the Stingrays for a good 5 minutes the Cannons now have an 8 point lead. Guthrie had a brilliant quarter as did Prestia.
Should be a cracking last quarter.

Is the TAC Grand Final at Etihad next week as well? Just confirmed it is - 10.30am next Sunday.

I used to love going to the AFL GF to see the TAC Cup GF as a curtain raiser. (and the reserves GF many moons ago).

Wallis had a good game and played some very smart football. Reads the play very well. Libba did ok but spent some time off the ground.

There was some other standouts during the game that I might write up about tomorrow
