      Re: 2010 AFL Draft Order

Just having a play around with the Draft Machine this afternoon:

Came up with these three players: All tested well in most relevant skill sets to their positions:
      (Mainly looked for tall players)

Jordan Treloar - Tall Def. Ranked No.92 on the list currently
Jake Von Bertouch - Tall Fwd. Ranked No.95 on the list currently
Alex Johnson - Tall Def. Ranked No.121 on the list currently

Considering our first live pick in the ND is 74 these might be players we're targeting. Most are only speculative at that level anyway, but we have had great success.

Interesting that Joe Groenewegan test well under "ruckman" evn though he's on the short side - yet his details state that he didn't attend the combine due to injury. Either they're using last years figures or the data mining is out of whack.

I saw him a few times during the year and he is a good prospect. He has a good work ethic and is a versatile type. Wouldn't mind getting him at all.

From that above list, wouldn't be against someone like Casley. Captain of the Western Jets this year, admittedly a poor team in recent times. Can play as a mid sized/3rd tall defender, likes to attack the ball in the air.

Played a couple of games for Willi, up forward and kicked 4 goals in each game so potentially quite versatile and with the focus on our later picks being guys with good characters, the fact that he's a club captain suggests he'd fit that well.

Good - Ben Casley at 142 would be a steal. I like this kid. Good mates with Libba & Wallis too.

Bad - 3 brothers. Our record with brothers is absolutely deplorable.
