Watched it and thought Dahlhaus was good again, we've got in and under types but this guy can break the lines.Tutt was also good, I think the only thing holding Veszpremi back is that he lacks a little urgency. Skinner although still raw just has that "X" Factor about him.Dissapointed with Gilbee he should be doing more at this level. Adam Ramanaskus thinks we should have him play a shut down role in the seniors.Give him some responsibility ? Peoples thoughts?

I think we don't need another shutdown player. We desperately need players who can get the ball.

I think it reflects that with Roughead available he will be closer to a recall than Cordy and of course we haven't ruled a line through Hudson. 3 ruckman even in the VFL is a difficult assignment.

Agreed. Was a fairly tall side yesterday even without Cordy, so for balance it was probably the right move. I was looking forward to seeing Cordy run around though.

Good to hear -- who currently in the senior side would they be challenging for a place with?

I'd think anyone who is not willing to apply the forward defensive pressure required at afl level. Starting with higgins, hill and grant. I don't expect us to make big changes this week but those 3 would be a start.
One positive is there are a number of players pushing for selection, I hope the MC are willing to reward that fact.

Well Rocket made it known he is going to play more debutants, so lets hope he does and now is the time when others aren't up to it or out of form like Hill, Grant, Cross.
