How come Panos is back in the 2s? I thought he did a good job against the bullants and was coming along nicely as both a back and forward
I am a fan of Panos but I thought he got nicely touched up by Shephard of East Perth.

I was at the game and I thought he was close to our best.

You mean Sheppard, who East Perth kicked to every time they didn't go to Smith? Yes, i saw his return of 1 goal and no impact. Panos routinely beat him in one on one contests, if the situation was reversed and Panos had been the forward then I would have been extremely disappointed in his performance.

Yes, but don't know how he went.

Well regardless, getting a spanking as a defender can only be good for his development one way or the other.

From the limited I saw of that Foxtel Cup game, Panos looked pretty good in the back half. I've said it a couple of times, but I really hope we put more time into developing him because he's shown a bit at both ends. We're screaming out for key backs, so he could find a position there.
