Why is Talia playing at Willy? Thought he was dropped two weeks ago due to soreness? Didn't think he had done anything wrong to play him back at Willy? Or just a test to see if hes 100%?

Can anyone elaborate on Jones' game? Very interested on how he performed in the lower league?
A few people saying he should slot straight back in the Dogs side.

He had to take medication for his sinuses, which meant he couldn't play last week (the medication has some performance enhancing substance)

Having heard about the stats from another site, Macrae had 33 disposals, and Jones had 13 touches 5 marks and kicked 3.2

Some sinus medication has pseudoephidrine in it. I guess that this could be the case - as this would give a player a boost if taken on game day.

Just speculating - and coincidentally - I was taking some last week. The chemist has to see ID before you purchase anything with PE.

The game was played under shocking conditions with the wind causing havoc all day.

Jonesy didn't read the ball well in flight and couldn't get any separation for the first 3 quarters, not helped by average kicking into the forward 50. He didn't stop trying though.

In the last quarter, Willy had the wind and dominated possession. The ball was going into the forward line rapidly and Jones was able to got on the end of a few long balls. He took one particularly good hanger on his chest and then lead and marked again before converting from a tight angle. Considering how strong the wind was it was a really good kick at an important time.

This sounds like the write up for most othe Bulldogs games he has played this year. I'm starting to think no one anywhere likes kicking to Jones. Or he has some type of O.C.D that requires 5 balls to go over his head before attempting the 6th.
