He has pretty good credentials in developing young talent.

Collingwood have appointed Steve Grace to the role of assistant coach for the 2015 AFL season, Grace was a member of Collingwood’s development coaching team in 2014 after arriving from Fremantle.

Bomber Thomson now indicating he may not be at Essendon next year. Should we find a role for him?

Definitely should make him an offer, would be a great asset to any club and there is no harm in trying.

I would love for us to try and get Ryan O'Keefe to join our coaching staff in a development role in 2015. He wants to get into coaching and I think he would be an astute brain who would add significantly to our overall knowledge from other successful teams.

Darren Glass to Adelaide as assistant. Mark Harvey to Essendon and Bomber Thompson in limbo for now.

O'Keefe has joined the Adelaide Crows coaching group.
