      Take a weeks worth of daily steps data, get an avg. Add 10k. That is the "correct" interpretation of the 10k steps premise according to the diabetes nurse I spoke to.

        Yes that's correct. Over 10,000 steps walked on each of the last 2 days.

        Over the last 2 days: Around 22,000 steps altogether.

          So add the 10k to the walking you already do?
          They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

            Been a bit slack on the steps but I am aiming to walk the 10000 steps now each evening. Just came back now from my evening walk and have walked a bit over 12000 steps today around 9km.
