It's no great shock they can't play in conditions they're not familiar with.
If you're going to be well remunerated, then learn to perform in foreign conditions .
You're underestimating how hard it is for many to get through the visa restrictions which have strickened. Mitch Marsh tried last year but couldn't get a county contract and it's a pretty regular tale. More are trying their luck though, off the top of my head Cosgrove, Faulkner, Siddle, Maxwell, Burns and a few other guys were over there.

It's a regular trend that isn't reserved to Australians, unless your kolpak the ECB encouraging clubs to look local and harder visa restrictions has made it seriously difficult to get a contract. County cricket isn't the international tournament it was

Those are just the best three.
But it's pretty much feast or famine.. It's either a score of 100+ or a score under 20. Just no middle ground with him over the past couple of years.

Lot of Aussies have played league cricket, and not experiencing those conditions means we're set up for failing.

          Starc is bowling horribly.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

What is wrong with English people dressing up like goons for the cricket. They must have sad little lives if that is what amuses them.

                Haha, I'll claim that one.

Think Starc was almost embarrassed by that going by his lack of celebration.

Shocking shot by Smith with 10 minutes until tea. Send in Clarke for 3 overs who's out of sorts. Just dumb cricket, awful dismissal.

Clarke out for his 26th score under 50 in 28 innings. This team can't continue to carry him. He's a great captain but a walking wicket in a brittle batting line up.

Voges out first ball again prodding outside off. He's nowhere near Test level.

                        It isn't pretty is it.

Fair weather techniques and temperaments at present.
                        TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Speaking of technique, how bad was Mitch Marsh's form on the challenged non-LBW reviewed just now.

I'm not a Watson apologist but at least he looks like a batsmen when he has a close call.

And then misses one full and straight on the stumps 2 overs later.

Do you feel safer with Haddin or Neville with bat in hand?

The conditions are tough so Haddin wouldn't get 10, not sure if Neville will get as many.
