Newcastle win the games that really matter @chef.
Loved the 10-0-0 formation and think we should rock it more often.

Yeah we played a completely different 11 to the weekend and it wasn't pretty.

Leaving Palmer on the bench the whole game probably confirms that. Not a vibe I'm a fan of.

Oh what a night at THS! 2-0 up against City inside the first 30 minutes and then spend the next 60 mins hanging on, but win 2-1.

Was it a good performance? Was it a gritty performance? Were Spurs just damn lucky? Having been there to watch it it was sublime in parts, frustrating in patches (like every time Werner got the ball) and there was a whole lot of nerves around Spurs playing out from the back and their general defending.

Special mention to Yves Bassouma.......goal line save after the Spurs keeper goes walkabout from a corner FFS!

A great win by us against Arsenal in the FA Cup 3rd round and being down to 10 men for quite a bit of it winning 5-3 on penalties after it ended 1-1.

Bruno with a great goal to put us in front then then soon after Dalot sent off then Gabriel scored for Arsenal to make it 1-1 which it stayed after 120 mins.

The 2nd string goalkeeper for us Altay Bayındır was great making some vital saves most importantly the penalty save in the shootout.

Kai Havertz had a lot of opportunities for Arsenal but couldn’t score.

We can certainly play against the stronger teams Liverpool last week at Anfield in the PL and Arsenal at the Emirates in the FA Cup but simply need to start doing it on a consistent basis in the Premier League.

FA Cup 4th round for us will be against Leicester City.

                Ah here's the thread !!

ARSEnal down to ten helped Easty.

Ange was nearly cooked in regular time not sure he survives if that late chance went in. His press conferences are always fun now. Reminds me of most of my Greek friends at work who don't tolerate much of anything really.

Toon got through, pretty good performance by the league 2 Bromley taking the lead early doors.
Young Lewis Miley equalised and it was a lucky penalty to get us the lead. Miley is someone to watch. Local lad, he can play.

Spurs take 100 minutes to dispose of non-league Tamworth. Could have gotten ugly!

Special mention re the 1-0 win in the first leg of the league cup semi. Given the squad's challenges injury wise, to hold firm and score a late winner (yes he should probably have been off with a 2nd yellow) is testament to how good Spurs could be if they got things right fitness wise.

Ange is like every Greek male I grew up with. I loved them all, but at the same time sat back and watched their shit unfold spectacularly.

                        And we're off to Wembley!

Could have been a different story if Arsenal didn't spray their early chances, especially right before we scored our first.
