Great match drawing occupying of the crease. By both players. We are simply watching a once in many generations Australian player.

Smith is just too good right now. England's pop gun attack have no weapons to get him early. He just sees out the first 20 odd balls and he's on his way.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.
It's all academic now with the series in the bag but I would have been tempted to try my luck and set them a target.
Maybe, but I think it was good for the Aussies to grind this out. When was the last time that Australia batted for the better part of 2 days to save a test match?

102* so Steve Smith finishes his 60th Test with an average of 63.55. That's 604 runs this series @ 151.

Smith is a delight to watch, I can’t recall seeing a batsman with so much time on his hands so consistently. He’s batted for 30 hours this series, the best practice you can get. The way he plays the ball so late at times is in another league and appears almost cybernetically enhanced. Man crush of the highest order.
Really impressed with Mitch Marsh digging in as well.
