        Fourth: Germany

What stage will Australia get to: Round of 16
Which English Player misses the Penalty in the Shootout to get to the Final: Harry Kane
        I'd like to see that!

        Winner. France
        Runners up. Germany
        Third place: Poland
        Fourth place: Uruguay.

        Suprise packet. Poland.

Australia, round of 16 and a tragic loss due to a dodgy decision against Germany or Argentina.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Ridiculous free kick. As technically perfect as you can get.

Fantastic game all around but that free kick was an all time World Cup moment. Love him or hate him, he's a genius with the ball.

                    1. Germany
                    2. Belgium
                    3. Brazil
                    4. Sweden

Suprises: Aside Belgium and Sweden making it to the last four, Japan will make it out of the group stage and Peru will go deep and cause a few upsets. Hopefully one of those upsets can be over a SA powerhouse like Argentina or Brazil, or Uruguay (for employing dirty offield tactics when we had them in the playoff all those years ago).

Australia to go through if they can hold France to less than a two goal scoreline.

Fair goal by Nacho as well. Two of the best goals you could see.

Pumped about tonight. Reckon Bert can get us a result - been very impressed by him in his external communication and also tactics and structure. We are so fit and I think we can make life uncomfortable for the French. Of course they have it all over us talent wise but with discipline and structure we can blunt their weapons.

We certainly missed Diego Costa this season. Was a beast last night.

He's a great player. He can decide matches off his own boot.

Not bad. I don't know that finish and English really do rhyme though.
