    EPL Season 2018/19

It's still a little while away but the transfer market is in full swing so let's start the season thread.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I'm upbeat about Arsenal this year. I don't know how we will play but I hope the new boss makes the EPL more of a priority than it may have been in the past. I really hope we are out to win it this season.

TBH City will win it again but the battle for spots 2-6 is going to be fierce. I'm starting to get a bit excited with the news about our transfers starting to heat up.

Looking forward to seeing how Wolves go to as they have quite the financial muscle to give top 6 a shake.

Yeah, I'm kind of interested to see how Wolves go too. I'm curious to see if a huge injection of cash is enough to take a Chamionship side straight to the top of the EPL. Teams like City and Chelsea took a little while to find their feet when their white knights appeared.

We finished 2nd 1st 1st in Roman first three seasons. But we were already finishing top 4 before he bought us.

City were coming from further back though.

Oh OK I had it in my head that Chelsea took a season or so to bed down the players and find the right manager. Was Mark Hughes the manager when Roman bought in?
City were coming from a very long way. Wolves are starting from outside the comp. 21 spots back technically.

The Tinker Man Claudio Ranieri was our manager.

              Hughes was at City.

I like Claudio. I once saw him pretend to not speak enough English to understand a question he didn't want to answer. "Sorry? No, no, you too fast, I can't, how say comprehend in English?"

Liverpool just rolling nicely. Always nice to give United a slap even if it’s a pre season cup. 4-1 with a mention to Shaqiri oh my!

Liverpool into 5-1 magnificent window that’s not over yet.

Pool will be most likely to chase City but will end up second.

What's everyone tips for the season? For what it's worth ( which is very little) here are mine:

                            Top 4:

                            Man city
                            Liverpool
                            Man Utd
                            Spurs

                            Relegated:

                            Cardiff
                            Watford
                            Bournemouth
*if Benitez wasn't at Newcastle, they could be a contender for the drop

                            Golden boot:

                            Kane
Salah will probably be sharing the goals around more this season
