I’m a saints supporter and put money on us getting relegated, though we have at least picked up some decent players in the window since then .Hughes has a great opportunity to bring a side up, I like him, seems a no nonsense team orientated manager.
No egos allowed.
I was really worried we sold out mid year and had lost our way and gone out of our system completely.
We have a great junior academy and it’ has a proven success rate, I hope that keeps going.

Yes that academy has been quite fruitful over the years thank you Ledge Danny Ings will do well too i think.

You’ve only had about £10mil come in so far so at least you’ve kept your talent. I think there is still a couple of weeks to go but most teams are done now. Your game changed when Danny Ings came on and Id say he will start from now on going by what Hughes said he wasn’t happy with the pressing from the front up until Danny came on. So hopefully him on Loan will give some back and he helps keep you up.

I’d like to see you stay up and like you said see what Hughes can do. He can’t be accused of a lack of passion he kicked the water bottle in his first game. Took Mourinho two years at United. Good Luck with the season.

Liverpool like a rampaging rhino 4-0 over the hammers and not even close to our best side. On top where we belong, now it will probably change next week or it might only last 3 weeks or if we are lucky stretch out to 10. I’m praying it stays that way another 37 but in case it’s only a few days we better enjoy it!

Loved having the premier league on top of a famous bulldog last half and ending one of the Scott’s season. Perfect way to welcome it back! Been a miserable winter.

Palace were very good, they have some good signings and defended well. They will miss the kid who got the red card.
