Congrats to Nottingham Forest. A club that has won 2 European Cups. Really good to have them back in the top flight.

    Very tough on Huddlesfield today.

A good mate of mine has supported Forest for a long time so right or wrong I'm not overly happy with this news.

Most lucrative game in football isnt it?

        170 mill or something. Crazy.

They really do well incentivising teams. If you are near to the bottom of the ladder you are still fighting to keep the team out of the relegation zone. If you are around the mark you are playing for a near gold mine of funds.
There wouldn't be too much 'tanking' speculation in the championship or premier league.

Then there are yo-yo teams like WBA who seem to drop back for a year or two before bouncing back into the premier league.

Burnley and Sheffield United have been automatically promoted to the EPL.

Millwall spectacularly crapped the bed this morning - led 3-1 against Blackburn at home and then fell in a heap losing 3-4, when a win would have gotten them into the play-offs.

Shame there won't be any riots between West Ham and Millwall fans in the EPL next year.

Notts County will face Chesterfield for the final promotion place into League Two, after four and five seasons respectively out of the Football League.

The winner will join Wrexham in League Two next year.

It's astonishing to think that Notts can rack up a season of 32 wins, 11 draws and 3 losses, with a +75 goal difference, and it might not be enough to get them promoted.

Wow that's insane. From memory, i think that Notts County is one of the oldest football clubs. Hope they go up. Although i think they wear black and white....

Would be nice to see Sunderland play Middlesborough for a bit of north east rivalry.

Then again Luton haven't been in the top flight since 91-92.

Harry Kewell managed them for a few months in 2018. Nice ground and they normally get good sponsorship.
                          Good luck to them.

All good stories. Luton or Coventry would be amazing. Premier League at Kenilworth Rd would be worth it in a hilarious way

If Sunderland or Middlesborough get back into the EPL local rivalry against Newcastle as well in the north east. Newcastle v Sunderland derby (Geordies v Mackems) could happen again.
