“There’s quite serious concern in government that the deal may fall apart and that Roman Abramovich is ultimately willing to let Chelsea go under,” a senior government source said.

It's a whole lot of crap tbh. Roman isn't letting the club go under, as dodgy as he is the club is in his heart. Hes already put these rumours to bed twice but the tabloids want clicks.

Yeah, Boehly is already at the club getting his shit organised. The sale will be the easy part, the funds will get frozen and it may have to wait until Romans sanctions are over being they can be donated. That part may get messy.

              Re: EPL 2021-2022 Season

Title race to go down to the wire on the final day of the season. Liverpool beat Southampton 2-1. Either Man City or Liverpool. If City win they clinch the title regardless of what Liverpool do. Liverpool need to win and rely on Aston Villa getting something from Man City. Not easy being a Man Utd fan right now.

Spurs I think will get 4th. Arsenal still a chance but don’t have the easiest game against the desperate Everton and have to rely on Spurs slipping up.

The relegation battle heating up as well huge games to come for Everton against Palace and Burnley against Aston Villa. Leeds only one more game to play on the final day against Brentford away.

Going to be a great final night.

Yep Southampton took the lead for a bit like West Ham did on Sunday against Man City.

                      Everton safe.

Leeds or Burnley for the drop.

Chelsea secure 3rd. Amazing scenes at Goodison Park from the Everton fans. 2-0 down and they comeback and win 3-2. Burnley get a vital point against Villa and have the GD in their favour over Leeds. One of them will go down.

What a amazing and exciting final day to the season!

Man City comeback from 2-0 down to beat Aston Villa and win 3-2 to win the title.

Liverpool come back as well 1-0 to beat Wolves 3-1 but it wasn’t enough to win the title relying on City losing or to draw.

Spurs secures 4th spot and Champions League football. Arsenal in 5th Europa League, and us (Man Utd) finish 6th and will be in the Europa League. West Ham lose to Brighton and finish 7th and will be in the European conference next season.

Very poor season from Man Utd. Our lowest points telly in EPL history 58 points. Need to do a lot lot better. Some players not up to it. Glad as a Man U fan the season is over now and we move on.

Leeds stay up winning away at Brentford 2-1 and Burnley are relegated losing at home to Newcastle.

I was watching the other end, felt for Burnely wanted them to equalise but wouldn't have mattered in the end.
