Probably because he's fed up with the idiot mentality prevailing amongst some of the Chelsea fans who seem more interested in protesting about their manager than supporting their team.

Still doesn't make it right to make the situation more volatile.
It was a stupid decision from the start for first Emenalo to convince Roman to give Rafa the interim job(when RA wanted Avram Grant) and second for Rafa to want to do it with all the crap he's said about my club, the players and supporters. I can understand why some supporters hate him(as he hated us), but I agree it's not helping the team.
perhaps he thought that the fans may see some sense, unfortunately for him they are idiots and will take it as a battle. hopefully Chelsea keep sliding as these fans deserve nothing less

Not sure if there idiots? I think that most of their supporters don't really like Rafa very much and they are simply holding up banners to have a say as supporters how they feel their club is going. If there is trouble and they break the law then yes they should be punished accordingly.

I want to argue with you, but I can't.
If it wasn't for the cups I would want this season to be over so we can load up and start again.

Bit rough. Not sure how club heirachy was expecting the fan base to react by taking Rafa on. Surely he wasn't the best available.
Support the team. team is always bigger than one individual and while they might not like Rafa they already know he is only a stop gap so why bother with so much criticism?
The players need their support not to hear them shouting abuse about him being a fat waiter.
And just to be clear both posts aimed only at those fans being so vocal not all Chelsea fans.
Seems like the disdain of Rafa correlates more with how Di Matteo was dismissed. That I can completely understand, although obviously they don't like Rafa regardless.
